Metos SmartKitchen Delivery Tracker E is an easy-to-use solution that
ensures transport temperature and product health safety. Maintaining a
certain temperature during transport is vital to the quality of many
products.
Delivery Tracker is suitable for transport between different locations,
food distribution for lunch tables and hospitals.
At the transport start point, one or more Delivery Tracker measurement
devices are included in the transport and switched on. The Delivery
Tracker device can also be permanently installed in the transport
trolley. No other measures are required at the point of departure or
during transport.
The measurement devices will be handed over to the recipient upon
delivery. Delivery is either accepted or rejected and comments added
using the Kitchen Helper phone app. If the delivery does not meet the
temperature requirements and is rejected, the responsible person will
initiate the necessary measures in accordance with the self-monitoring
plan.
The Delivery Tracker devices do not need to be named separately, any
measurement device on hand can be used at any time by just switching it
on.
Staff, especially the HACCP manager, monitor deliveries through the
SmartKitchen online service. If necessary, the delivery comments can be
edited afterwards, but the temperature measurement itself cannot be
changed.
Metos SmartKitchen Delivery Tracker E has temperature sensor outside at
the end of the cable. The device is battery operated.
