For new partners / on new products we provide individual installation and service training at our factory in Finland or at the premises of our partners.
Additionally, we make service contracts and kitchen analysis for minimizing total after-sales costs and assuring a continuously smooth kitchen operation.
Along with new equipment and product development we provide our service personnel and technical advisers continuous product training. This way we can make sure that our customers receive accurate and up-to-date after-sales service.
