With the built-in Metos Albatross 2 dispenser, you can serve your
customers chilled carbonated water or cold tap water. Water dispensing
is made easy with the sturdy grips. The no-fuss design of the dispenser
makes it perfect for serving lines and hotel reception areas alike.
The carbonic acid cylinder need for operating the device is not included
in the unit, as a separate lease agreement has to be made with a gas
supplier.
The refrigeration unit for the device (to be ordered separately) is
installed within the serving unit, meaning the only visible part is the
stylishly designed, shiny chrome dispenser, suitable for any venue. The
tap outlets are at a height of 306 mm, so pouring water into tall
glasses or decanters is easy.
The dispenser is available with two different sizes of refrigeration
units, depending on the capacity of the serving area. The capacity of
the Pro2 refrigeration unit is 150 litres of tap water or 90 litres of
carbonated water an hour. The capacity of the Pro2 XXL refrigeration
unit is 270 litres of tap water or 90 litres of carbonated water an
hour.
