You can use this handy Metos Bistrot Snack 434-12 Digital convection
oven for baking up to four full trays at a time. It’s powerful fan will
distribute the hot air within the oven space evenly, resulting in an
even baking result on each tray. The size of the baking tray is 460×330
mm, runners pitch is 75 mm and the temperature control range is
30°C…260°C. The oven has a manual humidifier.
For this oven you can program and save 99 three-step baking programs.
During the baking you can see the programmed and remaining time on the
screen as well as the programmed and actual temperature of the oven
chamber. The oven has a glass door and an inner light in the oven
chamber, so you can easily follow the products while baking without
opening the door. Stainless steel structure and removable runners make
it easy to keep the oven clean.
