Convection oven Metos Bistrot Snack 434-12 is a powerful, compact, easy
to use mechanically controlled oven for cooking and baking bakery
products.
You can use this handy Metos Bistrot Snack 434-12 convection oven for
baking up to four full trays at a time. Its powerful fan will distribute
the hot air within the oven space evenly, resulting in an even baking
result on each tray. The size of the baking tray is 460×330 mm and the
runners pitch is 75 mm.
This oven is easy to use with the help of two manual control knobs, one
of which controls the temperature between 0 °C and 260 °C, while the
other one controls the oven operational time between 0 and 120 minutes.
The oven is also equipped with a manual humidifier with a separate
control switch.
The oven has a glass door and an inner light in the oven chamber, so you
can easily follow the products while baking without opening the door.
Stainless steel structure and removable runners make it easy to keep the
oven clean.
