A docking station for a POD tray trolley that is part of the centralized
distribution trolley system, suitable for both cook&chill and cook
&serve modes of operation. The technology meets the provisions of MMM
Regulation 28/2009 regarding cold and heat storage and heating of
chilled food

-hot and cold air with circulating air blowing evenly to all levels of
the POD tray trolley
-large and clear display at the height of the user’s eyes, real-time
temperature display for the hot and cold side
-temperature setting for cold and hot side separately with degree
accuracy
-program time in cook&serve function approx. 15 min. and in the cook
&chill function approx. 40-50 min. Buzzer sound after the program ends.
-three program slots, automatic start, Hold maintenance function
-fixed to the floor either next to the wall or on the middle floor, side
by side or back to back: no support wall is needed behind
-required floor area 0.88 m2
-the same docking station is suitable for both POD-Short and POD-Tall
tray trolleys
